An Evening of Rich Italian Flavors at Seed Supper Club

Saturday night at Seed Supper Club, we had the pleasure of serving a menu that celebrated, slow-cooked, bold flavors, and the kind of dishes that bring people together around a table. From crispy textures to rich, comforting sauces, every plate was crafted with care—and watching guests enjoy each bite made all the hours in the kitchen more than worth it.


Here’s a look back at the evening’s menu.


Crunchy Salad with Agrodolce Dressing

We started with a fresh, crunchy salad, balanced by an agrodolce dressing—a perfect harmony of sweet and tangy that awakened the palate and set the tone for the meal.


Crispy Enoki Mushroom Cacciatore with Fresh Garlic Focaccia

The crispy enoki mushrooms added a delicate crunch to the deep, slow-cooked richness of the cacciatore, creating a dish that was both comforting and unexpected. Served with fresh garlic focaccia, it was the kind of food meant to be torn, dipped, and savored.


Sugofinto with Gnocchi

A dish rooted in tradition, sugofinto, a slow-cooked tomato-based sauce paired beautifully with pillowy gnocchi, soaking up every bit of flavor. It was a simple yet deeply satisfying dish, made to be enjoyed slowly.


Smoky, Spicy Plant-Based Chorizo Arancini

The arancini brought boldness to the table, with a smoky, spicy plant-based chorizo filling that added warmth and depth. Crispy on the outside, rich and savory on the inside, they were a true highlight of the evening.


Tiramisu Brownie with Mascarpone-Style Ice Cream

We closed the night with a tiramisu brownie, rich with espresso and chocolate, paired with a mascarpone-style ice cream that brought just the right balance of creaminess and indulgence. A perfect way to end the meal.
