Supper Club Magic at the Hwb 🌱✨

What a night to remember! We took over the Hwb in Rossett and turned it into a glowing haven of plant-based food, music, and community and we’re still buzzing from it.
From the moment the candles were lit and the first guests arrived, the atmosphere was electric. It was our biggest supper club yet, and the energy in the room was something special. We introduced a brand-new bar setup (huge hit!) and welcomed more guests than ever before. Yes, it stretched us but we love a challenge, and the team rose to it.
A massive shoutout to the dream team who made it all happen. It was our first time working together, and you absolutely smashed it. Every detail, from the lighting to the flow of service, was spot on. And Jamie your set list was pure magic. The singalong at the end? A gamble that paid off in goosebumps. You kept the night alive even after the curtain closed, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
Now, let’s talk food. The menu was a love letter to the season, local produce, hand-picked ingredients, and dishes that told stories. From the sun-ripened vine tomatoes to the kitchen garden pear tart that had everyone asking for seconds, each plate was a celebration of sustainability and flavour. This is what SEED is all about: thoughtful, delicious food that connects us to the land and to each other.
We’re already dreaming up the next one. If you missed out, don’t worry there’s more magic on the way. Keep your eyes peeled, because the next supper club is going to be even bigger, even bolder, and just as full of heart.
