Canapés Anyone?

It all started here, a test run to see if our little idea would work. The goal was simple: to create a series of canapés for an evening at Westmoreland Coffee. We wanted to trial the preparation, the venue, and see if people would like the concept.

We put together four canapé options and served them over a two-hour period while people relaxed. It was our first time working in the space and serving tables while guests enjoyed a drink. Hopefully, it was a pleasant surprise for the passersby's to have some snacks while chatting with friends.

As a plant-based concept, we are able to accommodate most dietary preferences. It was a pleasure to tell those who were concerned about vegetarian or vegan options that everything was suitable for them. Although we didn’t advertise the event as plant-based, the feedback was fantastic. By the end of the shift, we received multiple requests for more, and that’s exactly what we’ll deliver. A second event, the first organised and advertised one, was soon scheduled and we hope our next blog will fill you in on how it went.
